I would like to file a motion for reconsideration for my EC claim benefit with reference no. SNEW1402024011168406. SSS denied my claim because they said that the illness I acquired has no causal relationship to nature of work but I would like to let them know that prior to my sickness, one of the patients I attended had Herpes Zoster which is a categorized as a Communicable disease and transferred via droplet and contact. Kindly look into this.
