Good day, Ma’am/Sir. 

I humbly like to request a cash assistance as I tested positive for covid 19 which results to delay my employment as a seafarer. I was about to work overseas last 6th of January 2022, unfortunately I was tested positive for covid 19 and for this reason, my flight was cancelled and it delays my employment. 

Hoping for your kind consideration in this matter. Thank you so much.
