Hi.

Would like to follow up regarding the calamity loan I filed last July 27,2020. It's been 3 weeks. Please see this transaction number for your reference:

And sss  just give a ticket number, after the ticket number was given to me no other response after the email.  Can someone explain this inconvenience?
