Hello SSS,
I’m requesting that my account email address be changed or updated to marizfresnido@yahoo.com. I have already lost access to my original email address, making resetting my SSS account password difficult. Here are my account details:

Date of Birth: October 20, 1991
SSS No.: 05-1094993-6
 
I have also attached a copy of my passport card and a photo of me holding the same ID for identification purposes. Thank you, and looking forward to your response.
