My multi-purpose loan application was rejected because of an outstanding balance, so I applied for consoloan early February to hopefully fix the issue, then I later found out that it was an issue with their system, apparently my regular SSS contributions  didn’t credit my past loans that why i have an outstanding balanc,, hence the ticket to cancel the consoloan.  It's been almost 4 months since we have open the ticket with no resolution.
