Good day, Ms. Mr. Officer Concern,

I am having a hard time with my registration online. I keep on registering my account but it kept on saying unsuccessful. I even went to my SSS Branch here in Baguio 2times just to update my Savings Account Atm to record correctly but unfortunately when I try to register it again for my 4th time it says a message :
Dear Ms./Mr. PRADO,
We regret to inform you that your registration on the SSS Website was unsuccessful due to the following reason/s:
The Savings Account Number/Citibank Cash Card/UBP Quick Card/UMID-ATM Savings Account Number isnotfound in record

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
