Good day

                I have a  SSS account and i want to create an SSS online account but the problem is i forgot the mobile number and email address that i registered to SSS.
May i request that my mobile number and email address be
replaced with 09283180044 / juderamirez202331@gmail.com
which is my active mobile number and email address as of date.

Here are my details relevant to the purpose.

Date of birth : January 23, 1996
SSS/CRN number : 04-3683948-9

I've also attached two copies of my valid ID as proof of my identity.
