Good day. I have paid an amount of P8293.89 last june 29 via moneygment wallet to cover the supposed remaining balance in my amnesty laden salary loan.  However, based on my online account, i still have P8663.71 balance. Kindly shed some light as the my balance status so i can pay the correct amount and avoid any more penalties.
