I created my online SSS account several years back but I totally forgot the email address I used so I cannot access it now. I tried troubleshooting but to no avail since I do not know the email address connected to it. 

Now, I am trying to create a new account to pay may loan and make my records up-to-date, but it says that SSS number is already registered. 

Please help me recover my SSS online account. Tell me what to do. I tried emailing your customer service but it's no good.
