No Update about the Auto Cancellation of Salary Loan

Purpose: To Request to Cancel my Salary Loan due to the invalid bank account.

I have already received am email from SSS when I reach out to them that the bank account was invalid due to the ff reasons:
- it has 11 digits instead of 10 digits which is the standard Bank account number of LANDBANK.
But I can't still Reapply my Salary Loan, I have also change my bank account details in SSS yet I didn't received any SMS that said that my Salary loan was Cancelled.
Hope to fix this quickly as I really need the money immediatey.
