Hello! Our company formerly known as Kalikid Ridge Call Center Services now Globaltek Ph has filed a change of name to SSS since May and until now they are still not processing it. Now all our contributions are also on pending, and a lot of us has been tested positive with Covid and our sickness benefits has been on pending too since July. I hope you can look into this immediately as we need that benefit to cover for the days we were not able to work. Thank you
