Magandang umaga. Ako po ay lubos na humihingi ng tulong sainyo dahil ako po ay natambay ng halos isang linggosa kadahilanang ako ay naapektuhan ng COVID 19, at ako ay nag positive. Nawa ay maintindihan nyo ang aking sitwasyon at ako ay hindi babayaran ng company. Sana ay balikan nyo ko kung kailangan ko man mag send ng mga documents. May kopya ako ng positive result and ng pruweba mula LGU na ako ay nag quarantine at completion.

Ako po ay isang hamak na maintenance lamang sa isang condo unit sa bgc. Minimum ang sahod, at ako ang breadwinner ng pamilya. Walang ibang tutulong saamin kundi ako l

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have COVID assistance you are requesting for. You may check your qualifications/eligibility on SSS benefits. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
