I apply salary loan on SSS last March 20, 2020, upon checking online they already have the check and amount but I haven't yet receive the check. May I know the status kung saan napunta yung check ko?

Response to your request

Please be informed that, usually and/or under normal circumstances, loan checks are delivered by the PhilPost within 5 to 10 working days from their receipt. However, with the stricter quarantine restrictions in place during the time of your request, checks were delivered later than usual. Should you have other concerns with the SSS, you can reach us through your account at https://crms.sss.gov.ph. You can also call us at 1455 or email us at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
