Hi I would like follow up my SSS Sickness( Work-Related Illness/Injury) with Reference No SNEW6752023052272658.
. It was approved last May 25, 2023 by  Medical Evaluation Center.

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.
