Hello! I am writing on behalf of my grandfather Benny Villarta with SSS No.: 03-7499212-9. I would like to clarify the loan made last July 2020 that was reflected on my his SSS account. He cannot remember applying for this loan. He was a bit alarmed since there was a deduction in his retirement pension claim.
