Hi! Good day!

I would like to inquire about my pending requirement to claim the SSS Sickness Benefits for the Covid-19 Patients with a reference no pf SNEW4032022032843397. It was rejected because I need to submit a Certified True Copy of Positive RTPCR Result. 

Apparently, the result can only be taken from the internet, specifically at https://c19.redcross.com.ph/track,  and no contact information of where I can request the document. The team who did the swab test was no longer in the location.

May I know how can I comply on this requirement? Can my employer can do and sign the CTC?

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
