I just only registered at sss online registration today, unfortunate upon your verification, the registration was unsuccessful due to full name and birthday did not match with your SSS record.

In fact, my full name is very correct, as have seen on my PRN number .  With regards to my birthday its correct also based on the SSS web inquiry way back 2009.

Please keep an eye on this.
