Hi!

I would like to request for any update regarding my SS Sickness Benefit Claim. It has been a month since I submitted and filed, I tried to email the corresponding department in charge and also, I tried to submit ticket via CRM (USAPTAYO by SSS) still no response. I actually don't understand why bother changing it to online filling, it is much easier to file personally via nearest branch.
I hopw someone will give me an update. The system is very very unproductive and slow!

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
