Hello,

I would like to follow up on my salary loan. I received a message that it has been approved on 01.27.2021 however I do not see the loan amount credited to my union bank account. Please credit my loan to my account.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your application has also been sent to your registered email address. For further inquiries, you may set an appointment and visit the nearest SSS branch. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
