I am submitting this request  in relation to the DOLE-ECC, Occupational and Work-related Diseases (now including COVID-19). 

 I contracted the said virus and quarantined for 18 days, helpless and no income.  I'm looking forward that I will be granted this ebenefit to cover all the expenses during the quarantine period and my inability to work and provide for the family.
