Hi, I would like to request Cash assistance. I tested positive for covid last January 25, 2022. I was not able to work since January 10, 2022 as I had some symptoms. Let me know How to give the necessary documents for proof.  My email address is katherineleigh47@gmail.com.

If you are an SSS member, you may check your eligibility and apply for Sickness Benefit Claim using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review
