Dear Sir/Madam,

Why is the SSS email not accepting email messages from clients, saying that you have been blocked?

Please note that different email addresses have been used but to no avail.

I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to request for a list of contributions/ premiums, specifically stating the name of the companies who contributed it and the time period from (2013-2018). 

Please note that this document is crucial for my immigration application; thus, speed is very important and will be greatly appreciated.
