Hi

I would like to seek assistance in correcting the posted amount in the SSS records. Since the implementation of SSS 2021 Contribution table, the monthly posting in the SSS app are incorrect. I have text notification how much the monthly it should be from Jan 2021 to Jul 2021 and they are matched and according to the 2021 table. But, the text nofication stopped until Jul 2021 posting. I called my previous employer and confirmed that they are paying my SSS contributions correctly bases on the 2021 table.

How can I correct this incorrect posted amount done by SSS?
