Follow-up ko lang po ang sickness benefit leave application ng tita ko na si Geraldine Santos. SKMW0692023032620472 po Transaction number niya sa SSS Virtual, kailangan-kailangan niya po ito dahil may mga gamot po siyang kailangang bilhin at wala na po siyang trabaho. Sana po paki-escalate ang application niya dahil wala na po kaming ibang mapagkukunan ng pera pambili ng gamot niya. maraming salamat po.
