Hi, it's been almost 3 weeks since my sss loan has been approved and until now it is still not credited to my account. Would like to follow up on this.

You asked for Salary Loan Release Delay - Already 3 weeks since approval.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address. For further inquiries, you may set an appointment and visit the nearest SSS branch.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
