We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your loan has also been sent to your registered email address. For further inquiries, you may set an appointment and visit the nearest SSS branch. 

Your right to request a review
