Dear sir/madam:

I would like to request for my approved consolidated loan to be paid for 12 months. I accidentally click the  one time installment. I apologized for this sir/mam so thats why I am writing this letter to please change my terms in payment of the said consolidated loan from ONE- TIME PAYMENT TO INSTALLAMENT BASIS for 12 MONTHS. As I cannot pay such amount for onetime payment because I can't afford for that due to I have a sick father (stroke) and under medication too.

I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding my request sir/mam.
