Dear Sir/Madame;

I, Arazhel Marie Booc Malinao with SSS no. 06-3680710-1 has made a payment last June 19, 2023 at around 12:57 PM for my SSS Contribution of the month of April 2023. The PRN Generated was VF231467597100 was PAID via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of ₱2,670.00. The GCASH payment reference # was 262348085.

The aforementioned payment was not posted until today June 29,2023. I am requesting my payment to be posted in my SSS account.
