Hi! I'd like to request on the lead time details for the disbursement of my approved salary loan. Based on mySSS account, loan status is already "DISBURSEMENT THRU THE BANK - G" yet no fund has been credited to my enrolled e-bank.

Please allow time for the crediting of your loan. You may also check status of the loan application by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website or checking your email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
