Gusto ko po sana padalhan ninyo ako ng letter of denial regarding COVID-19 claims dahil ayon sa guidelines nag final claims na ako. Nag final claims ako for pension ng September 8,2020. Name: Miloflor Fernando Lazaro Sss: 03-4123857-3. Nakausap ko po si Mr Porras ng ecc na pwede pa sa kanila at need nila ang Sss letter of denial. Salamat po.

Your right to request a review
