I would like to ask for your kind assistance regarding my application for unemployment benefit application on-line. Three (3) times my application was rejected (Nov 25, Dec 02, and Dec. 07, 2021) for the same reason.: . 

We regret to inform you that your Unemployment Benefit Claim Application to SSS filed on Dec/03/2021 is rejected due to the following reason/s: 

  • WITH DISCREPANCY/INCOMPLETE INFORMATION IN SUBMITTED DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS DUE TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: DATE/REASON OF INVOLUNTARY SEPARATION, NAME OF EMPLOYER/SIGNATURE OF AUT

Please make sure that the documents you are uploading are accurate and consistent so the system will not reject it.  You may apply again for the Unemployment Benefit online. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
