Hi,

I would like SSS to correct my Loan Statement for Loan Account No: SL202009293257611.
ARENAS, ROSSANA ARBUES
SS Number: 33-8346399-2.
Loa was fully paid last November 2022 with posted payments on their website but on the summary of my Loan Statement as of Feb 13, 2023, there are PAST DUE AMOUNTS indicated.  
PAST DUE	 
Principal	73,326.30
Interest	41,427.10
Penalty	80,468.98  

I don't know where these figures came from since my previous loans were all fully paid and zeroed out too, as recorded in their website.

Please correct this information because this will hurt my credit score too.
