Our HR facilitated the submission of SSS Sickness Benefit.

However, is there a separate filing for the approval of EC Claim?
Or if you have approved the SSS Sickness, it is automatically approved as well for EC Claim?

If it is a different filing to your office, what are the requirements? 
Must it also be the HR to submit those?

Hoping for your clarifications on this matter.

Please coordinate with you HR, there is only application for SS and EC Sickness Benefit Claim, however, there is an additional form that need to be submitted by the employer.
