I already have an active disbursement account for salary loan but if you apply for salary loan it always prompted by the steps of enrolling disbursement and steps like you didn't have an account to disburse. By the way my enrolled account was DCpayphilippines / coins.ph.
What should i do?

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email has also been sent to your registered email address regarding the status of your DAEM enrollment.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
