I would like to request an account password reset on my SSS account online.

I have forgotten the Username and Password associated with my SSS Online account.

I humbly request for my user ID and password to be linked with my new active email and mobile number.

To address your concern, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind you to be vigilant and refrain from displaying personal data on public platforms as this may be used in fraudulent activities.
