I, Florante M. De Borja, would like to request certification as a requirement for online application for "DOLE CAMP Bayanihan 2" as follows:
(1) Certificate issued by SSS that the applicant is not a recipient of any financial assistance from the said agency or proof of SSS notice of denial such as a screenshot of the email.
