I, leslie Cruz , with SSS Number: 02-3123349-7 has made a payment last April 24,2023 at around 9:13 AM for my SS Contribution of the month of January - March 2023. The PRN generated VB231352927377 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 1,690. The GCASH payment reference number was 203272480.

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for January - March 2023
