Good day!

I hope this request finds you well. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both my account username and password, and due to a lack of information, I am unable to recover the account on my own.

May i request that my email address be replaced with leonilajmachica13@gmail.com which is my active email as of date.
Here are my details relevant to this purpose:
