Hi i would  like to request infirmation.

1.why i have to pay unclaimed Calamity loan Covid 19? 
2 can i still claim this unclaimed loan for late enrolled DAEM? 
3.How to know if this was released and claimed? 

In my account it was stated that this loan applied 08/08/2020 loan amount 14000 pesos
