Hi Ma'am / Sir. 

I have received an email from SSS that my disbursement account was already approved. With this i am trying to apply a salary loan to your site however it still goes back to disbursement application. May I know if there are required number of days to apply for salary loan after the approval of disbursement account? Btw, i have applied GCash.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An emai has also been sent to your registered email address.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
