Good Day!

This is  Mr. Charito Cabuten Ocasla and I  sent a request in your office because I would like to follow-up my calamity loan application. And as of now there's no update, nor message on us. And we don't got it yet. The said loan application was made last September 10, 2020. I hope you take actions as soon as possible.
