Hi I would like to ask about your system for updating the balances for the Salary Loan. Upon filing an application last year I already have an idea on how much do I owe you and the application expired due to some personal reason. I did try to apply again and to my surprise it rocketed into more than 100% of the original amount I am supposed to pay for without getting any explanation from your agency. I hope to hear from you because I am paying my hard earned money and your agency is supposed to help employees like us and not burden us. Thank you!
