Good day we have been trying to follow up the disbursement claim of Anthony Layo with details:

CLMNO# 016477
SSS# 03-9134060-2

The disbursement claim has been approved since September 15, 2021 and it has been a month and a half already and we have not received the disbursement of the fund. Should we go the sss office directly or should we raise this up in a higher office?

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve the requested information from the member's My.SSS account which can be accessed through SSS website. An email has also been sent to his registered email address.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
