Hello, this is Rick Julius H. Ordiz with a SSS I.D.  33-8353951-2. I would like to request an information regarding my SSS calamity loan check if it was already delivered? 

I apply for the said loan last June 18, 2020 and approved by SSS the same date June 18, 2020 and issued a check last June 23, 2020 according to my inquiry on SSS website. 

Still now i'm waiting for the deliver of my check to my registered mailing address which is my Home because it can't be delivered to my Companies Address due to Covid-19 issue. Hope this will help my question. Thank you.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
