Hi Good day,

Nais ko lang po humingi ng tulong para sa aking EC claims na na ifile noong october 15, 2021 at nareject noon January 07, 2022 sa reason na :REFILE CLAIM ONLINE; SUBMIT DULY ACCOMPLISHED ACCIDENT/SICKNESS REPORT (FORM B-309) , at ito ay na i-refile ng Januany 25, 2022 ngunit hanggang sa ngayon po April 26, 2022 ay wala pa din po advise o pagbabago sa status ng mahigit na apat na buwan.
