Hi! Following up please on the next step for salary loan application. I see that the mobile number i enrolled is now on active status, and i received email that i am to expect email update regarding my loan application.

I would just like to confirm if i am following the right steps since the first time i actually enrolled my bank account and after it was on pending status, the next time I checked it was gone. That is why i decided to enrol via pera padala option.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
