It has been 12 days passed and I have not yet received my salary loan and this is disturbing as based on what others had experienced, it only takes 3-5 days for the disbursement and also having all this information available in your system means it was already approved but the loan is somewhere else. I have made follow ups in many ways like calling the hotline 1455 but after more than 2 hrs of being put on hold, nothing happened; i called the toll free 89206401 but was only told to call the hotline; i visited cubao branch as this is the nearest branch at our office but I was not entertained
