To whom it may concern;

Good day!

I’d want to know if there is any sickness benefit I can receive due to Covid 19. I tested positive on Sept. 29 and started my first day of home quarantine on Sept 30 until Oct 13. I got the certificate of completion from the barangay health center already. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to submit or any info I need to know.
