Good day, 

I have filed salary loan thru SSS mobile app and advised my employer however, as per employer they did not receive any email or text notification from SSS about my salary loan. 

Filed again last September 08 2022 thru SSS website and still the same.  

Is there any other way for my employer to certify my salary loan aside from receiving email from SSS?
