Hi would like to request information regarding my sss calamity loan cheque

Process date :06/26/2020

Until now im still waiting for the cheque  when i applied for the Loan i asked to be sent it to my address. I already received a text  confirmation by Sss that my loan was approved.   I check almost everyday on our post office but no cheque yet. I hope for immediate response from you.  Thank you.  God bless!
